Built a personal fitness app with my brother in just a few hours.
Set our current FFMI, lifting goals, etc.
It built us daily workouts based on that and adjusts every day based on data entered.
Customs built and tailored to our goals, age, and current level of training.

I just built it custom for him and he started using it yesterday.
I can make a public version but that would be significantly more complicated.
But the app is so slick. The instant rewards for accomplishing steps, calories, and workouts combined with the accountability of the chat bot and accountability partners is really powerful.

Incredibly disappointed in Steak ‘n Shake in Greenville, SC.
They are not on board with bitcoin at all. The last 2 times I have visited they have not allowed me to pay in bitcoin.

I think many Jews will be saved in the end when they accept that Jesus was the messiah. God has a plan and he will bring it about.
And non of that has anything to do with the USA funding Israel’s wars.
Politicians would be better off using the anti-Islam approach rather than the “God tells us to bless Israel” approach.
As Christians we should seek the salvation of Jews and Muslims alike and not treat one group of people as superior and another as inferior.

I built a weight loss app for a friend who needs help. It pays out bitcoin for accomplishing daily habits.
You sign up using your @nprofile…m2qp account. I put up a bitcoin bounty and set the challenge.
3 daily goals for steps, calories, and workouts. Weekly weigh-ins. Every accomplishment pays out sats instantly via Strike API from my account to his. The payouts increase as the daily streak increases. After 60 days, you have reached the max daily payouts possible. It resets is you miss a daily habit or a weekly weigh-in.
There's a telegram bot connected that updates you on your streaks and warns you if you haven't posted that day yet. Accountability partners can also join the telegram bot getting daily or weekly updates.
We set the target for 1 year. Total payout is 2,000,000 sats if you never miss a day.
Let's see what happens.

God doesn’t tell us to just have him in our sights. We should “love the Lord your God with all of your heart and soul and strength” and “if you love me you will keep my commandments.”
Yes God accepts us as we are, but if you have been saved and accepted into his family you should “fear God and keep his commandments.”
We can’t be right with God on our terms. It has to be on his terms.

I put in EOY goals for lifts, current lift numbers I have tracked, it created a weekly plan and dashboard.
It has set by set goals I can manually add into the app during my workouts or upload a picture if I track on paper.
I think it’s going to be a game changer.
