The organic Polselli flour from Italy is great.... Unbleached, not enriched. My tummy can handle it and it tastes so good.
You can buy it on Amazon, but only comes in 11lb bags...so I transferred it to some air tight glass jars.

Bloomed the yeast:
3/4 c warm water
1.25 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
Then added to:
1.5 c 00 flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1.5 tsp mix of dried rosemary and thyme
2 tsp Evo
Before putting in oven, I drizzled EVO and sprinkled some (?) sea salt on top.
This needed more salt. Usually I use Himalayan salt and today I used some Kona sea salt, so next time, I'll use 1 tsp of Himalayan salt.
It was super easy... And the texture is what I was looking for-- crispy outside and chewy inside...
This may not be an authentic, spend days in the kitchen focaccia recipe, but my grandma would certainly give it a 👍 :-)
I'll definitely build on this base.

This recipe was pretty streamlined... 1 hour to rise, then knead a little, then shape/ press holes, 10 minute rest, then bake 15.
Some of the other recipes online used multiple flours and an overnight rise. I'm happy with this... I didn't want it to be really thick and doughy.... Next time I'll do fresh herbs and sun dried tomatoes or some other veggies.
I'm just happy I can eat flour 😁

I usually don't eat wheat flour bc it makes me feel sick, but this brand seems fine, so far. 🤞
I found a simple recipe online and used dried herbs from my pantry.

So the algorithms have been sharing me information about a Stargate portal in Iran....
I never heard of Stargate portals so I did a little research.
There are 12 Stargates on earth that are connected, like a grid of energy. Each has a specific function, and the Iran Stargate Portal is related to sovereignty.
There are also some Stargates located in the US....which are highly geared by military, so it seems likely that the 3 letter agencies know about these and have known about them for a long time...and these portals may be the root cause of some of these wars...as means of controlling the world.

Got some green eggplants from the Indian farm. And made braised them in a Thai inspired green Chili sauce....
Then had some leftover sauce, and added mint and cooked up some chicken tenders from the the chicken farm.

So did you blind bake the crust the first time?
If not, for the second version, I would blind bake the crust at 350 deg F for 10-15 minutes
Then fill, then add topping.
And bake filled pie at 350 for 25 minutes, or until the fruit filling is bubbly and crust is golden.
375 seems high for baking.... 🙏

Has anyone ever tried green eggplants?
I picked them up at the farm today, along with veggies, herbs, fruit and eggs.
Haven't shopped at whole foods in ~ 4 weeks....farm produce is cheaper, fresher, and offers more diverse products.

Agree...ive slightly mitigated this by not being connected to one drive and not using outlook email...
Also not using Google Play on my phone...
I jump thru lots of hoops daily and am often doing sneakernet to keep files, phones, emails, in sync.
My digital footprint is like early 2000's.

Because the dollar is so depreciated, people are motivated to take any job that will pay the bills... Instead of taking a risk and following their hearts.
When people do take a leap, it's often ill-planned...then their business fails and they go back to their soul crushing job.

Hope it helps. There are also some herbs from India you could buy... But see how the oil and exercise works.
Before you for herbs I'd recommend an doctor visit -6 online with EasyAyurveda hospital - $30 via PayPal... Then they send a link to purchase products...if needed. I only use them now .
Much easier than navigating us health care.

Warm castor oil compress for 15 minutes daily for a week can help with circulation and reduce swelling.
Use cotton flannel material and saturate in the oil... Wrap around the elbow, apply a heating pad for warmth.
And gentle exercises others have recommended some.

The diet during the PK is not something that is meant to be continued. It's very light by design to allow your body to focus on rejuvenation, not digesting heavy food.
The goal (for me) is not to lose weight. I'm already lean and proportional. But the process of PK invariably will result in weight loss.
Building back with artisanal food from Italy will be amazing rather than relying on the nutrient-deficient food supply in the US.
