Thanks for the comment, Peggy. I'm sorry, I've never studied any marketing, so I am not sure what you mean by 'short student wins'. I think users would happily pay to find out who is following them solely to harvest their zaps. I would certainly pay. Nostr would attract far more new users if there were an effective way of muting/highlighting scammers. My first impression of Nostr came from the Geyser Fund scammers, and if I hadn't found a few students so quickly, I would have abandoned it right at the beginning.

I can't understand how to create a private permanent room. I am using the rooms for classes, so I'd prefer not to be disturbed. I have just made a private room, but it appears on the 'Active Rooms' on the Hive Talk front page, so I can imagine someone walking in on the class.
