I’m with a credit union and as far as banks go it’s been pretty good. From a customer standpoint I have no problems. They’ve given me anything I’ve ever asked for and have great interest rates. Still don’t really keep any money there outside month to month operating expenses. Decades ago I used to bank with Bank of America and Wells Fargo before them and they were 100% the worst predatory places.
But yea I look forward to a bankless future. It’s coming slowly but surely.

Got through this. So a lot of this is pro-Kremlin propaganda. It’s thankfully well linked so easier to fact check the claims. Eric Zuesse has ties to Russia Insider so watch out for that.
Misinformation is everywhere so verify everything. But I appreciate you letting me in on what these guys were on about.

Just a wild guess but could a race condition between a subtask marking itself complete and your “supervisor” process that checks if no subtasks are incomplete.
So when subtask 3 for example marks itself complete if your “supervisor” checks before your subtask 4 is added it would see all subtasks complete. A bandaid could be only marking a subtask complete after the next subtask is inserted.
Sounds like you’re using a DB to track the jobs. Is that because your workers are distributed?

Do they happen concurrently? Sounds like no. If that’s the case instead of having something checking that all subtasks are complete maybe there should just be a final subtask that handles marking the task complete (and other cleanup/finalization). Simplify the conditions for your expected behavior.

These models are static, and they take hundreds of millions of dollars of compute to train. So they’re not up to date with current events. It’s VERY well documented. The models just make shit up. It’s literally how they work… Don’t trust what they say.
