You should be quite close right now… npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Good morning! https://image.nostr.build/9ea210f7b519fceea08785d549e2725b980f01291fe85847005b4ef92753d6e5.jpg npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I don’t really like running in the woods because it’s hard to get a GPS signal but it’s the only place that’s pleasantly cool right now. I finished week 2 of preparation with 50 km under my belt. https://image.nostr.build/3347d34417b55b3012953a4836e539fac7a704cb1864a1d5816cc319ee5cd832.jpg npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit You must have lost lots of weight in the woods :D npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit And no people I guess :) My local fitness club is tiny - can squeeze in maximum 15-20 people but then it is easy to keep it cool during summer. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Great workout 🏋️!! Not too hot? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Overall 6 x 30 secs @ 3:15 min/km. I was a bit scared at first that I may trip but then realised I am much faster and can control that speed. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Treadmill intervals. Was it somewhere in Norway? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Step by step https://image.nostr.build/2ffb57d32fe2d6381a54d6f97ef8046d9c871dc922e194eb51eedf1dc0ccc59f.jpg npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit It must have been quite exhausting to burn over 500 kcal in less than 40 minutes! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I have two pairs however I use one pair for gym exclusively. I guess I will use them for the rotation from now on. Thanks! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit @npub1ddp…vsf9 , @npub1pa4…aw0n Is running shoe rotation a necessity or pure marketing hype? I mean in a situation when you train harder… npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit That is just prediction and bear in mind that this only may come true if I complete all those schedule workouts, not get sick, not get injured and with a bit of luck 🍀 npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Off we go! I’ve kicked off my training for the Dresden Half Marathon and here’s what my apps predict… https://image.nostr.build/1df99429b4e27310e6d401d5f735f11b8834a6c4e011dc3cd73e6547124a9c27.jpg https://image.nostr.build/34217b8e6004a8164dea12a9cd5cbd17b9125bdb6910a7e0d86054f0a50d09e3.jpg https://image.nostr.build/998c9f78ce95d04d47aaa6068ad839de57f52f0e47b3e654b934876301fe77b8.jpg npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Nice! Do you already feel that your core muscles got stronger? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit It is more like try to go somewhere without your phone where you usually use your phone. Ex. You order uber when you have a phone or call your friend that you wait here or there or just look up online schedule of trams to figure out how to get back home. Now imagine you can’t do it and all you have is some cash or a card and you need to get by :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I really do not like running with my mobile phone - it’s somewhat bulky… too big to keep in a pocket and I don’t like waistbands for storing it. So this time I just left the phone at home and went without being online for the race (I can pay with my watch). It was a great adventure - we had to plan where to meet my friend, make sure we had a plan in case we got lost and returning home without access to night bus and tram schedules online was just a great experience. You look up schedules at stops ask people (who were actually really helpful) and use all kinds of brain activities that you usually don’t if you have access to the vast internet knowledge on your phone. Great experience! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit My Wrocław Night Half Marathon project is done. I’m really happy that I managed to finish the race a few seconds below 1:41:30 which means I beat my goal time by over a minute. Despite a few glitches with how the race was organized it had hands down the best course ever - lightning fast! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Well deserved! Race day for me! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit 2 days until the Wrocław Night Half Marathon. I picked up my race kit and enjoyed a lovely Swedish fika with cardamom buns. I have generated enough data for both Garmin and Trait so now they more or less agree on my upcoming performance: Trait predicts a half marathon in around 1:41:55, while Garmin estimates 1:41:05. Since both assume a distance of 21.1 km and I’ll likely cover 21.25 km, I’m aiming for 1:42:35. https://image.nostr.build/5bfb1d8add64c6e2167c0c63fa450034be484700058ceac1c4f06c0a45a98ccf.jpg https://image.nostr.build/18882e7a59241de55f24ca6829fa7cbd77a5535030df6577ebc05d274d0b9294.jpg https://image.nostr.build/e7cbd42cbeb4eb11f90397d23bb953c1397d6cf40fda22cca91edd2827cc96a2.jpg https://image.nostr.build/0d006fdec2e7d2a1165f2f09d35d1978982f0607ecc43e0e1131c857c24e8ec1.jpg npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Great job! I know how tough it can be. I used to travel a lot for work. It took so much willpower to exercise after a long day in an unfamiliar place! Keep pushing forward - every small effort adds up to your big sub 3:30 goal. You’ve got this! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Only 4 days left… time to take it easy :) https://image.nostr.build/6c8e40c55377c688529d8647a4135ca6ed0ce7985bb0909f55f48cefd25aad5f.jpg npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Today I got rid of my Instagram account… in two weeks or so I will delete my Facebook account!! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit It starts at 10 pm! I know I will make progress just not sure how much :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit It will be Night Wrocław Half Marathon at. This time, I feel much better prepared: I’ve been using a training app, added short but regular strength sessions, and have been consistent with stretching and foam rolling. I also hope to lose a kilo before the race, which should give me an extra edge. I hope to keep 4:49 min/km pace. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I am good! Thanks for asking! My next HM is in 2 weeks so I am training hard - though not too hard so I do not get injured :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Congrats! I wish I could borrow your result for my next HM! 😉 npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit It was a morning jib from bed to bathroom right after waking up :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit A bit longer strides but you seem to be taller. My avg is around 180. I used to have longer strides as I was pulling a long stride moves with my hips but then I focused more to swinging my arms and started to make shorter strides (kind of like Forrest Gump). I am still not sure if that is proper technique though lol npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Good pace! Maybe specific shoes force you into a certain technique that you don’t use in others - like striking hard with your heels instead of rolling smoothly from heel to toe. Do you check your cadence? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Something does not add up here. One screenshot says 8km and the other 700 meters hahaha npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I think this is somewhat wishful thinking. The first thing I learned in my microeconomics class is that "people want more rather than less" - and that might be the most fundamental social law I know. Sure some people give up their wealth but they represent an insignificant percentage of the population. By and large, people just want stuff-whether it’s Bitcoin, gold, cars, dollars, or a higher salary. It’s always better to have more than less. Stimulating demand is just playing with that urge to have more or rather playing with your perception of how much more you should have. For example: "You must have running shoes if you want to keep training." But in the 1850s, there were no running shoes, and yet people somehow managed to run (and probably more than today). Would you consider running shoes to be a "fake demand"? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Nice view for that kind of workout! Have a great day! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Is AI the nail in the coffin of capitalism? Saturated markets cannot absorb more goods, and companies cannot grow indefinitely in a world of constrained resources and population. At the same time, with the rise of automation, a handful of skilled individuals with computers can achieve what once required large organizations. If people don’t work, who will buy? “If AI displaces human workers faster than the economy can reabsorb them, it risks eroding the very consumer demand firms depend on. We show that knowing this is not enough for firms to stop it. In a competitive task-based model, demand externalities trap rational firms in an automation arms race, displacing workers well beyond what is collectively optimal.” https://arxiv.org/abs/2603.20617 npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Lol. Rest day I guess. What’s German word for wall ball ? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I got sick last week and haven't been training... but every cloud has a silver lining. Today was the first time since my shoulder injury that I managed to hang on a pull-up bar! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Nice! Good luck! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Nice! What race do you have on Saturday? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Based on your workouts data that you publish I think that you are not on 4:00:08 level but much closer to 3:30:XX than that. My HM data shows that my marathon predicted time is 3:37:XX and your workout results seem to be more solid than mine. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Short & Sweet! Does your Garmin have any goal towards which it leads you… like it knows sub 3:30 in half a year? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit That is lightning fast! More like a race than workout! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Good easy workout! Probably Garmin is right! From what I know 80% of the training is chill and only around 20% is pushing yourself - otherwise our bodies would not be able to take it. The only exception is @npub1ddp…vsf9 of course :) He seems to do 80% of heavy workouts and about 20% chill ones :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Good workout and nice view! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit That would be great!! I will let you know when/if I sign up! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit There is hm in Zurrieq (town in Malta) in the middle of November so I shall see… npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I have not been to Malta 🇲🇹 yet npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit 1:44:21 personal best but a bit below expectations. I enjoy having goals so yes… new race. Not sure yet what the goal should be though :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Vielen Dank für deine Anmeldung zum 26. DRESDEN-MARATHON! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Is it lamb 🐑? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Which of these masked gents are you :) ? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Ok. 1:44:21 - personal best but below expectations. I am still on 4:54 min/km pace. The course was not as flat as I expected - actually it was really hilly and there was 2km quite steep uphill section that destroyed my run plan. I wanted to keep steady pace but I should have planned more for keeping faster pace while running down and slower pace while running uphill. So that was something new but still my fastest run so far… npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit @npub1pa4…aw0n do you use a foam roller? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I don’t think there’s a specific timeline. I’ve been travelling my whole life, and it was never really about 'scoring' countries. When it comes to Europe… sure - Iceland, Monaco, and San Marino were intentional detours to bag them. The UK and Netherlands were mostly business, but in places like Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey (if counting as Europe), Greece, Denmark, or Sweden, I’ve spent at least a couple of months (or even years) actually living. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Already in Chișinău, Moldova. Did a 5km tapering run - this is a great city to run with its wide walkways and parallel streets. Saw the stage being built for the Half Marathon. With this visit, Malta is now the only European country left on my "not visited" list! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Nice and fast! You should be ready for sub 3:30 in no time! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Nice! Good bpm related to pace! Do you have 20+ kms run on your agenda? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Today, while studying Bayes' Theorem, I came across a truly intriguing case - Monty Hall problem. Imagine you’re on a game show. There are three closed doors: behind one is a prize, and behind the others nothing. You pick Door #1. The host, who knows what’s behind the doors, opens Door #3 to reveal it's empty and asks: "Do you want to stick with your choice or switch?" It took me half a day to wrap my head around why switching gives you a 66.6% chance of winning, while staying only gives you 33.3%. I even wrote a program to simulate it and prove by example that this is the case. It’s a perfect example of why it is important to think :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Pax Tecum! Are you sure it was a workout - not a stroll to get some groceries!? lol npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Resting heart of 52 is probably when you are seated or even lying in bed. Any activity should put you around 80-90 and any kind of run above 100. 2x50 squats and push-ups according to my estimates should be z3 activity so around 145-150. 109 bpm just feels very low for that kind of activity but everyone has their own physiology :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Really interesting that during that set of exercises your bpm stays very low. 109 is barely elevated hr in almost any case. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit It took me a while to understand the pattern as those sprints were very narrow spikes dropping almost immediately to 8 min/km pace and I thought… you were sprinting by slowing down !? :) Do you train for some kind of competition or just for fun? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I just hope that it will stay like this hahaha npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit It just made me curious… 4 days ago I did a 10k Z2 session in the same park, under similar conditions, and averaged 6:18 min/km with an avg HR of 137 bpm. Today, I did 16 km and was faster by almost 30 sec/km! That would be a lot even for the same distance, but it’s even more surprising considering this time it was a longer - 16 km. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit That was an incredible Z2 long run session today: Duration: 1:33'47, Distance: 16.00 km, Avg Pace: 05'51/km, NGP: 05'37/km, Avg Heart Rate: 138 bpm I cannot recall going under 6 min/km in Z2 for distances longer than 10 km. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Big congrats! Average 176 bpm says it all npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I have just had my first run in two months where I wasn't focused on my injuries. It was just great! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I went to see new physio yesterday and I think he finally found the root cause of my issue after all those doctor visits, my current physio sessions, and MRIs. It turns out I had a running injury some time ago that caused my fascia to stop gliding over the lateral line and the lateral line itself became congested and tight. The lack of tissue glide was likely causing my thigh movement to pull on my kneecap, which led to that weird clicking. Yesterday’s session was extremely painful as we worked on breaking down those adhesions, but today the clicking is gone and my leg finally feels like mine again, rather than some 'alien' limb. We'll see when I can get back to training npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit So serene! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Moldova is under 30 days away. So here’s the deal… I feel zero pain while running like none at all but afterward, it hits me. Usually 2–3 days later, partly in my hip, partly in my thigh. A bit of pulling or dull pain. My working theory? It’s got something to do with nerves or tight muscles pulling on parts of my knee. That’s what’s causing that clicking sensation and that unstable feeling. It feels weird to stay standing - walking is quite all right. For now, I’m sitting out until I sort this out. I was training for a result in Warsaw despite these weird symptoms, but now? I just want to fix this first-even if it means flying to Moldova and not running. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Thanks but that might be a bit tricky… npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit That is quite fast! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Have a good Saturday as well! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit -4 days out. Warsaw Half Marathon in 1:44:3X. A bit slower than planned, but given my recent health issues, I’m still happy with the result! Now getting ready for Moldova - but definitely with no expectations… or maybe I can beat that Warsaw HM result? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Morning walk :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Have a great day as well! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit When is you next comp run? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Nice! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Wasn’t it easier to send them your runstr stats… 🙃 npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Thanks! I will! npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Where are you headed? npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I have recovered but I take it easy. I am aiming at 1:44:30 for hm next week. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit It is like a couple of runs :) npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit I have always been a proponent of nuclear energy, but having experienced Chernobyl, I can understand why people who went through it are reserved about building nuclear power plants. By no means do I have deep knowledge of energy sources and strategy, but it is common sense that Europe needs cheap energy to compete with other emerging economies, especially during these turbulent times, when it is no longer clear if any laws or alliances still hold. In my unprofessional opinion, it is irrelevant for the moment whether an energy source is dirty or clean-what matters more is if it is cheap and reliable. Since Europe does not have many of its own energy sources, securing sources seem to be difficult for the moment then nuclear power looks like the most sensible direction. npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit Well for years most of PL society was against it because people remember what happened in Chernobyl - you have to keep in mind that as well. In Germany for years Russia sponsored eco-friendly organizations that were lobbying to close down nuclear power plants. So it is not that straightforward… npub1pds5ysg65x2ecanzjfy59xue035qhgd9l3xmmpdm3z9rjq6lcrjqs3fwms N6_unit 1:33 - soon you will be able to run marathon under 3hrs! Congratulations! That is an insane achievement!
