Monero users don't like to admit it, but using for Bisq for example is not perfectly smooth for most people if they just wanna accept XMR and flip to btc.

Accepting fiat requires KYC & fees.
Accepting XMR requires fees & maybe even time if you want to flip to Bitcoin.
If you want ultimate privacy you'd have a setup that looks identical whether using XMR or Bitcoins.
So if you're savings tool is smartly Bitcoins you're stuck with time and fees as the extractive point of XMR.

There should be different pricing for what currencies force you to do.
If you never deal with XMR, like myself, then accepting it would probably increase the cost of my services to account for me having to go through a hoop to end in Bitcoin.
If they want to do that instead and reap the benefits of paying me in my unit of account, then great.
I wouldn't say no to any currency that I can reasonably trust it's ability to be changed into bitcoins.
If the reason for not accepting Monero is that you don't want to waste your time with all that, or find it difficult to flip into your unit of account then that's understandable.
Yet, I'd be remiss if you didn't charge more to make it worth your time - that's kinda lazy & dismissing the fact that people want to spend money they have with less friction.
Merchants should be willing to deal with more friction than consumers.

People are going to store things in safe ways that are well thought out, collaborative custody and bitkey are closer towards that end.
That end will continue to improve if Bitcoin continues to be adopted as an SoV.

You need your seed backed up more than once.
In one location:
Steel plate engraved + paper/card laminated
-> the paper card should be both written out words & SeedQR if you're using a SeedSigner or another QR based signing device
Second location:
Center punched steel backup, could be Steel SeedQR or classic versions with alphabet grid + paper/card laminated.
-> the paper card should be both written out words & SeedQR if you're using a SeedSigner or another QR based signing device
These two locations create a viable backup for your wealth.
If you only do this with one location you have a single point of failure.
In each location you should have steel and laminated paper for recoverability UX.
If you execute a 3of3 this will great.
If you execute this with singlesig you'll need to have a 3rd and maybe even 4th location to store your passphrase so inheritance can be done properly.
In other words, just setup a 3of3.

I would do both, super legible paper cards laminated.
SeedQRs laminated or at the very least done with archival markers is also an option you might be overlooking.
Some steel backups aren't engraved but use a grid that's center punched.
It's really inexpensive and can be a game changer for recoverability.
