it was nice to allow her to bring friends. Sorry it turned into a crapfest. I hope your wife gets a much deserved trip to the dispensary out of it.
I’m glad we’re not the ones who keep Frankensteining together appliances. Fortunately hubs has some picked out. I’m not picky so whatever he comes home with is fine with me. And I want him to be home when it’s delivered because I don’t want to manage that on my own.

I did both of them last year. First one was a piece of cake. One day of narcotics and healed quickly
Second one in November has been taking longer. I think part of the problem was I did a show too soon so I was standing for an hour and developed sciatica. So it’s been a slower process but I do feel much better.
Hubs got his hips done a while ago. Ruined the first one running a marathon but was back to playing competive golf in 3 months. I think it can really depend on the doc, too. Ours is extremely confident, bordering on cocky. I’m all for getting it done and being able to enjoy life rather than waiting until you can’t walk. And you sound active with hiking and biking so I’m sure it will improve your quality of life.

Happy Friday HJS! It was a very small crowd. The comics most did crowd work since it was so intimate. But it was fun. The audience hung out and drank with us for an hour afterwards which was fun.
