It's a technology center.
People have been building technology centers in disadvantaged areas for centuries.

Das ist ja bloss das Resultat von wachsender ungleichheit. Sowohl Unternehmen, wie auch angestellte gehen zeitgleich in Insolvenz. Wo die Mittelklasse und armen sich weniger leisten können, da gibt es auch weniger Dienstleistungen, welche nachgefragt werden können.
