reminder most of the social issues are caused by those who do not want to be neighbors - they want to be social police and they want to profit from exploiting everyone around them. they are engineered social dissidents released into quiet communities and allowed to predate without consequence.
if you want to live in communities and be healthy contributors - please do. if your goal is exploitation, you will meet the same roadblocks everywhere.

taiwan is not a difficult decision. technically taiwan is chinese land and was a colonial war spoil from wwii. the ground lease is held by china. if taiwan wants independence, that's between taiwan and china - the original land shadow docket was held by china and was not negated during the japanese occupation. taiwan hold the deed. that is not a global conflict issue - it is a diplomatic issue between taiwan and china. same with russia and ukraine; though ukraine is slightly different because of cia pumped vatican intervention in ukrainian nationalism movements in the 90s. russia holds the deed to ukraine.
remember in shadow land trust law: the real provable title holder is the owner. somewhere in the un policy, there is a section which discusses reverting properties to owners in a conflict situation - colonial rule shadow law states the oldest but not expired contract is the valid agent; if all shadow law has expired, the nation is independent. if there is an actual deed without a ground lease, and no sale has ever taken place, the land is owned by the deed holder.
