Isn't this just a design choice? Don't offer on-chain zaps as an option unless the zap amount greater dust.

it seems to me that 70% of the functionality in Amethyst should be separated out into other apps,
but otoh @nprofile…9k9u thinks users should have a separate client if they want to use other payment systems besides LN.
