전통 엔지니어, AI를 가속 수단으로 쓰되 코드는 여전히 읽는 엔지니어, 내부를 몰라도 결과물을 만드는 바이브 코더. 그리고 네 번째가 에이전틱 엔지니어예요. 코드 작성을 거의 전부 위임하고 무엇을 만들지 정의하고 문제를 분해하고 에이전트 여러 개를 조율하는 사람.
저는 개발자도 아닌 데이터 분석가인데 올해 일하는 방식이 저 네 번째 칸 정의와 소름 돋게 일치합니다.

예측은 코딩 못 해서 막혀 있던 디자이너들이 바이브 코딩으로 풀린다는 거였는데, 같은 방송에서 나온 반론이 이랬거든요. 나도 터미널이 무서웠다, 코드를 추상화해서 치우지 않으면 디자이너 대중화는 안 된다.
반년 지나 보니 병목은 능력이 아니라 진입 인터페이스였습니다. 바이브 코딩이 가능해진 것과 디자이너가 검은 화면 앞에 앉는 것 사이의 거리는 생각보다 멀어요.
