What sort of content (other than the obvious) is having to be removed?
One thing that is missing from the specs of all nostr things, is mandatory surfacing and acceptance of the ToS. Be it relay, media host or any other thing, yet we are now forced to either remove the content or plain ban users since they didn’t know better, and we are not able to even communicate it to them. Shame

For now, see if you can upload via account interface from which you can also publish (kebab button and nostr tab in it)
It’s better you don’t. Funding kills shipping intensity.

- secure storage of your DMs (only you can fetch them)
- each event that you post to the relay is rebroadcasted to other relays that will accept it
