I'm launching the public beta of my calorie tracking and fitness app called STATE.
I've been using it for well over a month myself, and love it (but of course I'd say that haha).

It's free in test flight. Would love help testing it, especially the team features which I have not tested at all...
What state is / does:
- Use visual and voice logging for food.
- Estimates calories with LLMs, but can also just look up actual caloric values in a database.
- Provides daily personal recommendations / plan on what to do
- Offers an exercise routine you can follow. The more feedback you give it, the more it fine tunes the routine for you.
- Has an AI chatbot built in (I call them coaches), which can reference your specific data and already knows your goals and challanges, so it's not a generic chat bot.

Yeah, you want to generally limit it to 720p, apply light noise reduction, and use HEVC/h265 codec that is now supported by the vast majority of users. Most people are on mobile. I also did the 1080p version and was able to shrink it to half your upload with newer codec and slight noise reduction
Look what moder (not really, h265 has been out for decades) can do and some resolution adjustments.
