I reckon people would stay if the client / UI / UX stuff was the sole problem. I think the culture problem is more of an issue. Because no one knows how to fix that, no one is even working on it, and some people don't even think there is a problem at all lol
(I mean apart from the obvious "too much bitcoin chat" major reason lol)
