It does matter, it is a form of manipulation.
The letters all generally are issued based on the IRS thinking you haven't disclosed your digital transactions properly.
Letters sent by the IRS have a numerical identification number. They are sending 3 different letters 6173, 6174, and 6174-A. The 6173 letter is the most serious and requires a timely response under penalties of perjury. The 6174-A carries the warning that additional enforcement correspondence may follow.
If the letter is asking for wallet information, balances owned, private keys, asking you to use a QR code portal enrollment, or access to your accounts, it is a scam.

I understand that names change. Who wants to change it and why? I'm opposed to this name change the same way I'm opposed to a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. Serious small dick energy move.
I can give a slightly more nuanced observation, since being married to Margaret.
The NHS's primary mission is to prevent.
Their secondary mission is to cure.
That said, there are two types of people that work for the NHS, those that care and those that want to be cared for.
The latter is increasing over time and is filled with people who have their own issues or dysfunctions and use the NHS as a employer they can exploit or provide sanctuary.
As for drug company influences, there is some of that, but mostly the NHS is not driven by external commercial forces so is mostly ambivalent to those.
My father in law had a tea mug given to him by the drug company Gopten in the 1990's, which became my mug of choice when visiting. That was about a big a bribe as was allowed back then. Since then, even that level of bribery is no longer allowed 😂
The other big change to happen over time is the idea of profit centres. All services / departments are paid / obtain their budget by achieving certain targets or specific goals. If they are clever, they can generate virtual profits (virtual is my definition). Those profits can then be spent on general service improvements.
I'm a business man, so the idea that a publicly funded service has built in the concept of achieving profits is wholly inappropriate. You receive a budget, do the work with the money. If you don't spend it all, great. If you're massively over spending and / or underperforming, heads start rolling.
Oh, that's another thing, firing bad staff is almost impossible. But I think that is more employment law these days, rather than specific to the NHS.
