中国官方宣布，受国际原油价格上涨影响，星期六（7月18日）起将上调国内成品油零售价。
中国国家发展改革委星期五（7月17日）在网站公布，根据国际市场油价变化情况，自7月17日24时起，国内汽、柴油（标准品）价格每吨分别上调300元（人民币，57新元）、290元。
按此计算，加满一箱50升的92号汽油，将多花约12元。根据“十个工作日”原则，下一次调价窗口将在7月31日24时开启。
中国发改委说，7月3日国内成品油价格调整以来，国际市场原油价格震荡上涨，本次调价的前10个工作日平均价格，高于上次调价前10个工作日平均价格。
根据现行成品油定价机制，中国发改委每10个工作日对国内汽油、柴油最高零售价格进行一次评估和调整。发改委曾于7月3日下调成品油价格，此前6月也已连续两次下调。
本月以来，美国与伊朗在海湾地区相互升级军事行动，引发市场对原油供应的担忧，推动国际油价走高。

报道称，马朝旭此行若成行，将为习近平预期中的访美计划增添更多确定性，而这次访问也有望进一步稳定全球两大经济体之间的关系。
美国总统特朗普今年5月访华期间，在晚宴上邀请习近平伉俪9月24日访问白宫。
习近平上一次访问美国是在2023年，当时他赴旧金山出席亚太经合组织（APEC）领导人非正式会议，并与时任美国总统拜登举行会谈。
美国高级官员此前曾称，特朗普与习近平今年最多可能举行四次会晤，包括双方互访，以及11月在深圳举行的亚太经合组织峰会和12月迈阿密G20峰会期间的会面。

日本防卫省通报，中国和俄罗斯共四艘舰艇航经冲绳本岛与宫古岛之间海域后驶向太平洋。
日本共同社报道，日本防卫省统合幕僚监部星期四（7月16日）通报上述消息。相关行动可能是中俄海上联合巡航的一环。
据介绍，四艘舰艇星期四凌晨2时许在冲绳县久米岛西南约90公里处航行，随后驶向太平洋。这四艘舰艇分别是中国海军055型导弹驱逐舰（舷号103）、052D型导弹驱逐舰（舷号124）和903型综合补给舰（舷号903），以及俄罗斯海军20380型护卫舰（舷号343）。
