Moderation and database, I’d say. Self-hosting for yourself doesn’t need moderation, but the moment you allow others to upload, you have a legal obligation to do it or face jail time. CSAM reporting obligations are also a hard one, and cannot just ignore it for the same reason. Lastly maintaining an always-on service can be a hustle, and ensuring tracking of security issues and such. I am sure I am forgetting a few more, but this is a good starter.

中国今年对进口牛肉实行配额管理，以保护本国农民的利益。中国商务部网站此前公告，2026年牛肉总进口配额为268.8万吨，其中巴西配额为110.6万吨，阿根廷为51.1万吨，澳大利亚为20.5万吨，美国16.4万吨。

除了中国市场变化，欧洲市场前景也充满不确定性。由于尚未符合欧盟关于限制食品生产动物过度使用抗菌药物的规定，巴西面临被排除在欧盟市场之外的风险。
