so... here's social statements: I changed my mind. coffee&cigarettes is not the source of my problems. it is the thing I love since I am 14 years old. no use in quitting, IV gave me handycapped embryos for life. IV also nearly made me a cleaning-lady haha now I only chill alone all day and talk to doctors from time to time. it took 1 year more in psychiatry for them to recommend to only put me on a monthly medication that has no measurable side effects for me but also this is not needed I think. if I make it 2 years more without a manic or psychotic episode and without alcohol, weed and drugs I will be able to try to talk about getting off the medication completely. the thing I 100% need is Clopixol pills for when I hear voices and a pill for the Clopixol side effects. probably good but not necessary is benzo for when I get paranoid. I have to leave this place properly and then never go back here. so at that other place I go to I shall not fuck up! :D
