we can actually tie them for the owner of the nsec only.. the public can compute a silent payment address and send BTC to anyone without having that person setup an SP wallet. For the public, it will just be a new UTXO for each zap.

Cannabis suppresses REM sleep, that may have something to do with it. Anytime I'm stopping for a bit I take 5-htp, a supplement you can find in most health stores. It helps with sleep, as it's a precursor in your body for melatonin and serotonin.
