I need your help!
We are trying to get healthier and in better shape, but we don't know what to eat for breakfast and second breakfast at work (like proper Hobbits!).
We don't have time to sit down and eat in peace or even heat up food at work.
What are some good breakfast ideas that are easy to prepare? What can we take to work five times a week that can be eaten cold, is easy to snack on, and requires the least amount of preparation?
We would like to cut out carbs if possible.
If necessary, maybe some potatoes or rice, but no noodles or bread.
