Google is also very annoying. My site got hit hy a dmca from an onlyfans girl. Its been days google hasnt listed it yet.
Used some shitty bot that matched the function name "gentag" with the onlyfans username (which isnt gentag but similar) and then flagged us, nasa, wikipedia and others for containing onlyfans leaks....
When someone submits 161 bogus claims in one takedown why can't the automatic bot put it up instantly the moment I dispute it. But nooo, gotta be ignored....

Yeah, I talked to the people and apparently they're helping that mom raise the kittens but I have a sneaking suspicion that that cat who had kittens isn't actually theirs and it's one of the many ferals in the neighborhood and now they're like trying to foster another round of ferals.
Our local shelter has a Spay return program. And supposedly they have worked with that shelter in the past to try to catch what farals they can, spay them and then return them.
But now that I've talked to them, and I know the whole situation, I'm actually pretty pissed off, so I'm gonna wait 24 hours to talk to them when I can calm down.

А вот насчет железа (даже в форме идеальных гидропонных хелатов вроде DTPA или EDTA) во время тренировки — **смысла нет вообще**. Мало того, это с высокой вероятностью испортит тебе всю тренировку.
Вот три железные причины, почему этот элемент в спортивной бутылке лишний:

### 1. Железо не расходуется в моменте
Натрий и калий — это «топливо» и «смазка», которые вылетают с потом литрами прямо сейчас, каждую минуту.
Железо — это тяжелый элемент долгосрочного планирования. Оно сидит внутри гемоглобина (в эритроцитах) и миоглобина (в мышцах) и переносит кислород. При физической нагрузке эритроциты не разрушаются в таких количествах, чтобы их нужно было экстренно восстанавливать на ходу. Потери железа с потом ничтожны.
### 2. Жесткий удар по желудку
Любые добавки железа, даже самые биодоступные хелаты, — это тяжелое испытание для ЖКТ. В условиях тренировки, когда кровь отливает от желудка к работающим мышцам, железо внутри бутылки гарантированно вызовет:
* Жесткую тошноту или изжогу.
* Металлический привкус во рту, от которого в жару будет тошнить еще сильнее.
* Срежет на ноль скорость всасывания той самой воды, ради которой мы все это затеяли.
### 3. Риск окислительного стресса
Железо — мощнейший окислитель. При высокой физической нагрузке организм и так генерирует кучу свободных радикалов (окислительный стресс). Свободное железо, попав в кровь в этот момент, сработает как катализатор и только усилит повреждение мышечных клеток, замедляя твое восстановление после тренировки.
