新组的雷厉风行（因为是我认识唯一开过两个 IC 的 manager 所以甚至感觉有点凶凶，不过之前一起合作过的项目确实感觉是办事能力很强的）印度女 manager 竟然会去 backpacking……又是一个反 stereotype 人设（继前前 manager 是印度 childfree 女权 cat lady 之后）。突然印象变好（？
新组整体气氛感觉也很活泼 welcoming（印度举铁大哥脸比较臭但之前工作交接/onsite in person 见过其实印象已经改观了，现在一个组发现他好活泼），连之前同组过的臭脸白人大哥看起来也很活泼的样子，so far 印象不错。不知道二哥自���在拧巴臭脸什么，难道就是因为之前做一半的项目后来因为 politics/reasons 被拐走了吗……

赛场上球迷最爱讲公平，规则实际上并不会真正有所谓绝对的部分，但是大家讨论吵架就是要绝对。竞技体育延伸的社会议题也是如此。
体育本身是在训练人接受不确定性，而体育讨论却越来越追求确定性。
比赛总是让人理解不确定性或者公平，实际是在投射制度如何建立公平或者减少对公平解释
当然就会变成越想把制度规则靠近公平的时候就会暴露比赛之外的内容
规则和制度是在展示如何定义公平，而大众的讨论则是人们如何感知公平

I have had multiple conversations about this entire debate with @nprofile…5z4g, some in person.
I consider him a friend.
I know him, and know his heart is in the right place.
That really isn’t my point. We all have to be very careful with our minds.
There are real solutions out there to solve this problem. I think we need to move beyond discussing a temporary solution like BIP-110, and begin discussing permanent solutions.
Whether or not this BIP succeeds or fails, our energy needs to be directed to finding the true permanent solution next. That was always the case, and still is. Regardless of what happens in a month.
Ask of every page: could AI lift a clear answer from this and credit me? If the answer's fuzzy or buried, no. Clear, quotable, easy to attribute is the target.
