NDK PR #632 added an internal concurrency limit (default 100) and a
queue to signing operations. Before this PR, nostr_mail processed
events one-by-one to avoid overwhelming remote signers. Now that the
NDK queues excess requests internally, we can safely use Future.wait
everywhere.
- Add processBatch() to GapSync; override in _EmailGapSync to use
Future.wait so gift-wrap decryption requests are queued by NDK
