if you can afford it, sell the sats, get the mortgage. pay as much as you can to pay off early. early principal payments reduce interst exp. and builds equity. equity is key here. even if it appreciates dramatically, it'll never hurt to have less of a balance. im afraid to ask the rate... it doesn't matter. ... if you ran the numbers and risk of getting hurt is near non existent its a go.
now i buy more bitcoin than ever and convert back to fiat when necessary. buying real estate because you don't own any, is absolutely necessary in my mind. sure the govt can come throw me in jail, take my property... but a landlord just has to say: "time for you to go."
converting #btc to #fiat for that, is absolutely necessary in my mind. actually, I'm working on being a landlord that takes bitcoin only.

Fair enough. I just tend to consider lenses. Atlantic council for example is quite frankly bbc or pravda as news source to me. Despise people acting like psychpathic anti human animals for sure.
