Yep, pretty much. Keep them comfortable, no extreme temperatures and moisture. You do need more browns than food scraps. So if you have a bunch of leaves, that's a great source. I've been chopping up cardboard manually, so that's been my biggest time sink. I try to check on them every few days, make sure it smells good (earthy forest floor kinda smell). And generally feed them about once or twice a week.
I'm sure I could optimize and get more production, but I'm wanting low maintenance right now.
