If I remember correctly, multiplication is used instead of addition is used somewhere in Lightning

Multiplication is used in ECDH.
You have private keys a and b, and public keys aG and bG. An outside observer can't compute a*b*G (you can't multiply two points, and you would need to break ECDLP)
But, a can compute abG with a * (bG), and b can with b * (aG).

They're usually half-assed policies at best. Policy meaning a Truth social post. Anything that makes it onto the books seems to be a dictate, which either gets overturned by a court or undone by the next guy on day one. I don't think he's done anything substantial when you zoom out. The swamp is full and thriving. It's a pay to play system. Ross is the only thing I can say he did that has any substance, and even that was just a signature. It was pretty low bar. I didn't expect much after the first term. I only voted for him to free Ross and get the "reserve." Which the last time I checked was just what already existed called something else. Either way, ephemeral. Typical Republican shit.
