Cette courte animation présente un concept d'un éventuel successeur de l'hélicoptère martien Ingenuity de la NASA, appelé Mars Chopper, qui en est encore aux premières phases de conception et de développement. En plus des missions de reconnaissance, un tel hélicoptère pourrait transporter des instruments scientifiques afin d'étudier des terrains inaccessibles aux rovers.

Cette visualisation montre la localisation et la date de toutes les météorites récupérées entre 1500 et 2013.
La taille des sphères ainsi que la longueur de leur traînée sont proportionnelles à la masse de chaque météorite, sans être à l'échelle.
L'absence apparente d'impacts au-dessus des vastes étendues océaniques ne signifie pas qu'il n'y en ait pas eu. Les météorites tombées en mer sont simplement beaucoup plus difficiles à retrouver et à récupérer.
