I think so. At least, I know that's how mp3 was developed. Like the guy literally listened to various mp3s for hours to see what compressions he could hear or not.

Theoretically mp3 & jpeg are kind of the same no? Turn the audio/image into a wave function, remove the frequencies that aren't needed for human perception, and store the essential data?
The military use case is most likely the hierarchy mapping case, but for network comms and software privilege management. Because a utxo travels to every node after it's mined, two people on opposite sides of the globe can send and receive any signal or message with no middleman. Even a simple transaction of 1000 sats is a signal to the right parties. You just have to decide what it means.

Wait till someone makes one with all the backward and forward utxos compiled. It won't be that funny then.

Did I reverse engineer the mp3 format in my head lol?
The culture, & the money are of course a problem though.
If I recall most men want offspring but a lot of women these days do not.
For me personally, given my current circumstances it seems unlikely now.
+1
increasing convinced this is the way 👍
That just sounds like mp3 with more colourful steps 🤭

I'd rather make a custom music player for my tagged mp3 library than do this.
And what happens when (not if) one of the on-chain zapping clients refuses to honor it?

Funny enough there something like that in the opposite direction called a moodbar. I believe it ranges from low to high frequency to set the color, then the amplitude of each wavelength bucket to say how much of each color gets added to that slice of the track.
I don't know how to produce waveforms but you could potentially reverse the process for an image.
Using an HCL color model like what's used in luminance.cc ( https://git.wisehodl.dev/jay/luminance ) would give you a more accurate representation based on what you see rather than what the computer thinks a color means.
I'm guessing it would go something like:
Get a pixel color
Find it's Hue, Chroma, and Luminance values. Hue tells you what color it is. Luminance tells you how bright it looks, like yellow looks a lot brighter than blue. Chroma tells you how close it is to grey or the actual color.
Hue could map onto a range of frequencies. Luminance would be how loud it is. Chroma could be how fuzzy it is, like a pure tone vs noise.
Create a "track" that just plays the resulting waveform. Like, a hot pink could be some high note played loudly with a very pure waveform, no noise. A muddied green would be soft, but middle-pitched, noisy waveform.
Layer the track for each pixel, and you get a resulting "sound" that just plays on loop. Watch a movie, and the sound changes each frame.
The thing would be to tune everything to make a picture "sound good" the more aesthetically pleasing it is.

I was, confused because I only see a LN address for her through Imwald
thought she had LN, Monero and onchain. (from a video I saw somewhere)
I'm hoping to get more ripe tomatoes and I'll just figure it out. Or I'll run in to town and get the tomato puree...either way, I'm not going to freak out about it.
Jr picked and ate the most ripe one earlier, he thought it was the best tomato he's ever eaten 😂

Still haven't switched to pi yet. OpenCode and copilot-cli (i am/was a copilot user and they recently unlocked the cli to use BYOM) are my usual tools and I've been very happy. I've invested a lot of time into prompts and skills very specific to my workflow. I try operate my repos like a small business so it's pretty easy to set standards that way.
See this note about using cloud models for most things.

No local model can come anywhere close yet. Id like to have 64-96GB of vram before I would even consider using a ~30b model with a reasonable quantization and 128k context window minimum to have maybe ~90k of it usable.

As an amateur muso, even that's beyond my comprehension🤷🏻♂️😂.
To me it's highly hypocritical of Israel to demand Iran give up their nuclear program when Israel stole their nuclear technology from the US, and against the wishes of the US president, Kennedy, who they may have helped to eliminate due to his opposition to their program. At least the US developed their own nukes, with the help of Nazi scientists, I believe (I haven't seen Oppenheimer yet).
