I could probably do it in theory but programming is just not my strong suit at all.
EPS, Volume, and all that stuff is way easier for me to grasp in all honesty.
I’ve dabbled with HTML mainly, & feel somewhat comfortable with that but all the other variables, functions, etc.
I don’t know.
If there was like a dictionary for programming that explained what things did I could probably plug a puzzle together but I don’t know where to start with actual languages like C, python, Java, etc.

The cost to spend a UTXO is roughly 70vB. So it’s inefficient to spend UTXOs that are < 70*feerate sats
