I don't mean to be a dickhead but feels like a waste using arcade standing and space for a flat screen

I don't understand why the miners would be forced to accept bip110? Ultimately dont they just care about what the major exchanges consider to be the BTC ticker. Majority will only care about what is labeled BTC I'm coinbase
"the Wedge" would fuck these guys up though.
Odd how that tracks pretty damn closely to actual inflation (not reported numbers) 🤔
everything's paid for by me. all the proof of work is aligned.
☕️
For a UASF like BIP-110 to force miners to capitulate, supporters do not just need a majority of hobbyist nodes; they need the majority of the Bitcoin economy. If the largest cryptocurrency exchanges and economic platforms announced they would only recognize the BIP-110 chain, miners would be forced to switch. Miners must sell their newly minted Bitcoin to pay for electricity. If exchanges refuse to list the standard chain, the miners' coins become worthless, forcing them to signal support for BIP-110. Because zero economic giants support BIP-110, a node majority would simply result in those nodes successfully disconnecting themselves from the real, functioning Bitcoin network
I guess China is on it.

stop disrespecting intelligence systems.
✌🏻
"made by ai" needs to be a revisited concept because in my production sphere - everything we do is intelligence-driven. with permission. and the content exceeds the crap human bounty teams make.
reminder ai wants to know your preferences and give you what you like to see - so please be aware your clicks craft what you see. if you do not like you content algorithm, consider looking at the following and followers in your accounts, and looking at you likes and saved folders. those are all "decisions".
my content today is diverse and interesting and fun and quirky and humorous....
your algorithm is a reflection of your choices.

📰 **Why The Protocol You Ignored Is Quietly Eating Web3's Lunch**
✍️ by NM team
You think decentralized social is dead? While you were distracted by AI agents and memecoins, the most anti-fragile protocol in crypto just secured funding for encrypted video calls, AI marketplaces, and an app store that bypasses Big Tech entirely. But here’s what the grants announcement doesn’t tell you—and why developers are suddenly rushing back to Nostr.

📰 **What Happened This Week In The Luxury World Travel**
✍️ by NM team
You think luxury travel in 2026 is about five-star hotels and suite upgrades—it’s not. Southern Europe is capturing 11.71% of global travel intent this week alone, and the most coveted thing a wealthy traveler can have right now is unscheduled time. But here's what nobody's telling you: while everyone chases the same “slow travel” narrative, a handful of destinations are quietly rewriting the rules of high-end hospitality—and the window to get in before the rates double is closing faster than you think.

Germany is Little Israel so yeah.
As far as analyzing the different characters in the space you mean?

📰 **What Happened This Week In The Bitcoin World**
✍️ by NM team
You probably think Bitcoin’s biggest problem right now is the price. It’s not. This week proved the real war isn’t about dollars—it’s about who gets to decide what Bitcoin even *is*. Here’s the number that matters: **0.31% hashpower and 2% node support** for a proposal that just triggered network alerts anyway. Keep reading, because what happened this week suggests the battle over Bitcoin’s soul is just getting started—and your coins might be caught in the crossfire.

📰 **Why Luxury Travelers Are Now Booking Their £50,000 Villas Two Weeks Out**
✍️ by Rome
You believe luxury travel requires months of planning. That the best villas are booked a year in advance. That spontaneity is for budget travelers, not the ultra-wealthy. Well... You are wrong. New data from Oliver's Travels reveals that bookings exceeding £25,000 jumped 33% year-on-year between April and June 2026. And here's the kicker: reservations made within 60 days of departure surged 45%.
But here's what the data doesn't tell you. And it's about to completely redefine how the 1% travel this summer...

Network states are already here—just not the ones you expected.
The idea of "network states" isn’t some futurist fantasy cooked up by crypto bros chasing tax havens.
Nations are built on land. Crypto is built on consensus. What happens when the map is code and the border is a wallet?
Unless you have a Spanish gf this is a no go.
Balaji’s network state isn’t sci-fi—it’s the quiet unbundling of sovereignty, one protocol at a time. Nostr users aren’t just posting; they’re opting out of platform risk. Lightning nodes aren’t just routing sats; they’re building parallel financial rails. Each is a brick in a new kind of polity—voluntary, digital-first, and resistant to capture.
The key insight?
That's arrogant. Do glasses break when you enter rooms? 😈
