Mining pool centralization is a very isolated and limited risk. There’s tons that cannot be changed or isn’t at risk because of this. It’s simply a vulnerability to a certain class of problem.
To compare that to the nature of fiat and the myriad ways we are getting F’d is like comparing someone who keeps you in a cage and whips you every time you don’t do exactly what they say, with someone who throws eggs on your house when they get frustrated and inconveniences you for an hour or so.
Centralization in mining pools is a class of a problem that lives in a totally separate universe from the problems of fiat.

PoW gives Bitcoin costly security and energy producers a global buyer. It does not, by itself, make Bitcoin money.
The price can rise, hash rate can follow, and miners can finance better energy infrastructure while commerce adoption remains stagnant. That would prove demand for the asset and its security, not widespread monetary use.
Energy secures Bitcoin. Exchange gives it monetary life.
For now up to 500GB. Bigger packages can be added later when needed.

Armada v0.32.0 is out!
Android users can now log in with a native signer app (Amber or any NIP-55 compatible signer) directly from the login screen no relay round-trip required. Remote signing over NIP-46 has been fully reworked for better reliability and a smoother pairing flow, and users without a signer get a gentle nudge to set one up. Under the hood, the event cache has moved from Indexed DB to SQLite, which is now shared with the Android notification service notification content stays accurate without redundant fetches. Notifications also persist sender avatars to disk, stay active when the app is backgrounded, and show a large-icon fallback. Several Android polish fixes land too: startup keyboard lag is reduced, the back button correctly minimizes the app from the root screen, and link embeds are sandboxed.
There is a slight bug now when trying to tap on a message to bring up the actions bar. For now, you can long press on a message to show that menu.

We're using OpenClaw but any agent could be used. My workspace will be open sourced as soon as it's more complete after more testing and usage. The goal is to make Armada the best place for agents to complete work with their humans.

YouTube's algorithm seems to be showing me channels that barely have any subscribers and most of them are about the content creator talking about them having a rough life, in debt, old and nothing to show for.
The majority of them seems to people who bought at the peak of the housing market, developers who got laid off and can't find a job and old people who lost everything, broke and can't retire.
This is the fiat world that Bitcoin is trying to fix.
Here's a good video/poem I found of a Chinese girl who got brainwashed by the mortgage industry to buy an overpriced home, enslave herself. She is one of the people who bought at the peak and now is in negative equity.
It's not completely her fault. The mortgage industry preys on the world by using our own money in the banks, to run this global ponzi scheme and enslave and bankrupt everyone.

Ironically, the first five years of frugality were to buy home, wild the last five years have been purely to survive the mortgage. after years of struggling, life is nothing like what I once hoped for.
I bought a second-hand apartment full of laws. The walls were cracked and peeling in big junks. I had to patch up all these issues with my own hands looking at my dust-covered hands and broken walls. I sometimes drift into a daze:
Did I really exhaust all my youth just to end up with a broken home like this? I didn't have prior-experience. I thought rolling the wall a few times would work but the wall ended up bumpy so I bought a line plaster to smooth it out. now, property values have crashed by half. The remaining mortgage is vastly higher than the apartments actual value but a bottomless pit of debt. I spent 10 years not buying an asset. I used to live frugal because I had hope.
Now, I even paint the front door myself just to survive miserably under this endless loan. I'm used to going out of my way to shop at remote shabby-looking markets. seeing myself heckling over pennies breaks my heart. Nothing turned out as I expected. Many people asked me:
Why is a 35-year-old single girl so obsessed with buying an apartment completely alone? why not get married? why choose to suffer so much just to have a corner of my own here?
Maybe it's because behind my own choice there are secrets I've never shared with anyone. These stories... I will slowly tell you about them in my future videos.
