Shakepay the Canadian Bitcoin company says they are getting closer to launching their physical visa/debit Bitcoin card. You can now add yourself on their waitlist.
They want you to go into stores and use their digital card so you can move up the list on their waitlist or something like that. I added myself and I am about around number 1000 on the wait-list. I'm not going to participate in their waitlist game I'll just wait. Probably take a year or something to get my card i think. I dunno.
Shakepay is only for Canadians. I recommend their app tho. I tested it and used it a few times and had no issues.

My hot take is that hashtags should be replaced with notes metadata.
Hashtags don’t serve a purpose since I don’t think that many ever really used them even on Twitter/X.
But metadata does since you can add different ways your note could be interpreted, & have hidden hashtags.
So anyone looking for the hashtag can see the note without the hashtag running the note.

you are dodging the hell out of this point, man... nutzaps gets you a send and receive wallet in a supporting client with exactly zero work from the user beyond "generate npub" button. what else has a ux hurdle THAT low and gets you an address that can both send and receive?

I think it's important to embrace hope in the art of this epoch. Poetry programs us, and if it has the potential for transformations and self-fulfilling prophecies in particular, we'd better care to have a balance of positive and, ideally, truthful, realistic enough kinds of programs.

Yeah, this is how we distinguish something really deep.
Same thing I notice especially from poetry itself, the amateur stuff I do for psychotherapeutic purposes in particular. Reading the same text I've already published almost always unpacks more layers of understanding: not just new meanings but broader meanings, both more connections between parts of a poem and connections with the reality itself. While the first drafts usually seem like very dumb translations of the unconscious; these draft texts may feel almost like total graphomaniac garbage even. I underestimate the complexity of this arational process almost every time.
