It's true the more diversity you have the less sense of community stewardship you encounter, especially in cities. Middle America in the small towns and rural areas is still very cohesive. People are much less apt to violate the trust of their community.

Yeah, I always thought NIP29 would have been nicer if the key stuff moved out of the relay and into an agent/bot. Kindof like how IRC NickServ, ChanServ works.. Because that bot, could coordinate things like, moving to a different relay, re-keying everything etc etc and not be stuck somewhere inside the relay's code itself. Anyway, just some IRC ramblings. I still use IRC so I get reminded of this all the time :)
