I read the news last week.

In medicine, there's something we call medical records.
Every visit. Every diagnosis. Every treatment.
Documented. Stored. Protected.
It holds the entire story and history of a patient's health.
Now, let me tell you something most people don't know about medical records here in Indonesia.
The data belongs to the patient. But the document belongs to the hospital.
Years ago, when I worked in a hospital, everything was on paper.
