I’ll admit, I’ve only been to a gym once in my life😅 I’ve always preferred working outside in the fresh air. Today: 20 push-ups by the creek. If you have a bench to jump over, a tree stump, a railing to hang from, or a branch nearby... try using your surroundings today too.

Small daily habits as an act of taking care of my future self was a beautiful shift for me few years back. I’ve read it, and combined with Atomic Habits, it completely changed how I look at my days.
I believe we need to step out of our comfort zone to grow. But slowly! With small steps. Everyday. Observing changes. Be brave and curious but do it with all kindness to yourself🙂

The question is: "What drains you most in your daily life, and why do you continue to allow it?"
My honest answer? Too many small projects or tasks fighting for my attention during the day. Because of this, I sometimes end up at the end of the day without finishing the things that actually move my life forward in the right direction.
And why do I continue to allow it? Because I don't always have a clearly written plan and tight priorities in front of me.
But I know what always works for me: a physical pinboard. I literally pin my tasks there in order of priority, and this helps.
