Yea, it's attempt to "democratize" mining backfired there. Turns out almost nobody wants to lose money mining for hypothetical non-financial future value. Securing the network requires an ideological commitment, as opposed to BTC capitalizing on peoples self-interest.

Like, do you want to reduce spam replies on your notes? Or do you want to leave big relays completely (and not be seen by a portion of the people using them)? Or trim back on data consumption?
I've had a couple people end up disappointed because we went too restricted too quickly 😅 I don't want to do that again, so I'd rather try to tailor this to what you're wanting.
