Late night, trying to find my phone to take a picture of the youngest's toe (somewhat reddish, complains of pain, so I need to have something to compare it to in the morning).
Can't find it, use Her phone to call myself. Got it, opened up and see "Missed call (1)". Immediately got angry - who the fuck has the audacity to call me in the middle of the night! Fully awake, realise it's me.
Sleep safely chased away by the adrenaline spike, though.

Ah yes, think you ran this past me before, and it rings somewhat true. I think it kinda underlies the reason I don't hate Trump ad much as I probably should. He seemed to be somewhat of a curveball, at least in 2016. Maybe I've been duped, but I maintain that he was something of an upset to the usual system.

I usually run into demands that I expertly defend my position. Eg, I think the jab was a bad thing and I'm glad I didn't get it. "Give me all the research that proves it, cite sources and prove xyz." Like, I don't care enough about the issue to be an expert, but I followed it reasonably close and made an u formed personal decision. I don't ask for them to explain the exact science of how mRNA vaccines work. Not the best example, but you get idea

YouTube ads can fuck themselves. Haven't had to tolerate that shit for the last six months since using NewPipe/pipepipe/NouTube.
Also canceled all my movie/TV streaming services over a year ago and have just been streaming/torrenting them then video casting to my TV. I'll take the occasional VPN hiccups/low quality over shitty algos of 50 categories of the same 10 "original contents" from one of seven conglomerated IP companies I dont want to sign up for a new "service" or "bundle" just to watch.
Come arrest me for illegally viewing instead of signing up for a free version of Piscock with 180 second ads every 4 minutes just to watch Falling Down for the 10th time.
