Fear is a powerful force. It clears the weak hands, resets valuations, and creates the conditions for the next cycle. But fear is also a liar. It tells you the market will keep falling, that the bottom is always lower. The truth? The bottom is where the last seller sells—and right now, the data suggests we’re closer to that point than many realize.
Look at the funding rates (0.0007%). Neutral. The long/short ratio (1.0035). Balanced. These aren’t the signs of a market in freefall. They’re the signs of a market in limbo, waiting for a catalyst. #Nostr can be really overwhelming, but I feel blessed and lucky that there's such a wonderful community here.
It can be hard because I don't know what I'm doing, I'm uncomfortable with change, and I feel dumb a lot. But no one really knows what we're doing, change is the only constant in life, and learning means I sometimes feel clever 🥰
Tonight I 1) got zapstore; 2) got an amber bunker set up; 3) recovered my primal wallet; 4) reinstalled Amythest and Primal as they were egregiously out of date (whoops); 5) got Dark Wisp and Ditto to explore because I've heard interesting things; 6) put a recipe up on zap cooking because I've been hearing about that too.
Something neat I learned is that without even getting a different wallet set up, Amythest was able to let me zap from the bittie I have on my cash app. I didn't know that was possible.
I'm playing around with more of the other tools and apps and stuff that Nostr has. I'm excited to start exploring more!

Hashrate adds a block to the chain, but the network nodes regardless of hashrate determine if it is valid or not. Hashrate matters hardly at all except in regards to competition with other hashrate.
