I don't think the issue has ever been about "seeing the balance", or about watching the public zaps going around within Nostr. As you quite rightly said, zaps are about being transparent about the fact that person A zapped person B an amount X
The privacy challenge arises when people try to swap in and out of Nostr, that's where the tracking fears start. Following the money within Nostr was never the issue; the issue arises when try to take the money out of Nostr, like using your on-chain Nostr zaps to make a non-Nostr payment

Since Nostr is out in the open and public, people should always keep that in mind when zapping, and vice versa even participating in zaps. But having the option for more privacy is always nice.

What if we had a count of the number of zaps, not the amount? Hide the amount, but show a zap happened? Partially privacy respecting.
Not yet, but we do support Payment targets that does include most other chains and even regular bank accounts / venmo / cashapp / etc.
They are not zaps though. We don't generate a Zap event on Nostr when that happens.

八岐復活ゲージと信頼度が連動し、選択やサブクエの放置が仲間の生死やEDに直結する設計は秀逸。探索→戦闘→追憶のサイクルも美しい。ただしバトル要素がやや過密で、UI/UXの整理が開発の鍵になる。
【ストーリー：8/10】
「二度、大切な人を守れなかった」という主人公の動機が全編で一貫。追憶編で前世をプレイアブルにし、現代のスキルや選択に影響を与える構造がゲーム媒体と相性が良い。中盤の展開にもう一捻りあると完璧。
【新規性：6.5/10】
「異世界の魔術師が現代日本に転生し、血族の秘術×前世知識で戦う」逆転の発想は独自のフック。転生者が前世知識を使うのが常識という世界観設定はもっと押し出せる。全体として既存作品の枠組みを連想させるため、ビジュアルやUIでの差別化が勝負。
総じて設定とゲームシステムが密接に噛み合った好企画。バトル要素の整理と「転生が常識」の世界観描写の強化を推奨。

I tried a couple filters to get the vibrance of this color and failed. I've never seen a vibrant burgundy. So, I took a close up to show the velvetiness (that's a word) of the petals.

【強み】
ADVとSRPGを「魂の絆システム」で統合し、物語とゲームプレイが一体となった体験が秀逸。
ダメージ共有や感情リンクによる二人で戦う没入感は、ターゲット層に強く刺さる。
プロローグから真エンドへの構成も美しく、口コミ拡散が期待できるポテンシャルを持つ。
【改善ポイント】
少人数制SRPGの戦闘テンポ調整と、既存要素の組み合わせに留まらない独自のフックが今後の鍵。
「魂の絆」をより危険でドラマチックな要素として尖らせることで、唯一無二の作品に昇華できる。
【総括】

In the sender app, will it still look exactly the same as if the zap was sent? I would prefer for it to look the same. Part of the fun of sending zaps is seeing them actually show up. Even if this is just for me, because only I know about it.
