Sadly, it usually takes some horrific event to have their licenses revoked. Typically their family steps in. My grandfather totaled 2 cars in a 6 month period, no major injuries to the people involved. My mom and her siblings told him they were thinking about having his license taken. He told them he knew he shouldn't still be driving and gave it up.
Finding the mind has started to fold in on itself, turning inside out, acquiring deep abrasive marks. That's how you know it's working :wisp_cute:

I just watched it yesterday and my missus asked me to try not to think from those lenses of theoretical accuracy and enjoy a little entertainment. Thats fine by me but I found the movie shit.
