How do you program code that never existed before?
It’s weird to conceptualize for me but it’s because I am not a programmer

Like who wrote the code for it without stack overflow, GitHub, or Claude/Ai?
Like how did we know which binary, assembly, Fortran, C(+)(+), would make an actual thingy.
Like it’s math but it’s also a language but it’s computer but it can’t be made without documentation but it can be made without documentation.
Like I know there’s variables, and integers, and statement, and loops, and ifs, and then, and trues, and prints, and returns but like how do you make them without the code that already existed?
If there was a dictionary for programming it would make more sense to me perhaps.
I use omp for our company harness, everything from coding to reseasrch to compliance runs through it

I feel like in a way smartphones are more expensive now than ever before.
But maybe it’s because I know about compounding interest, or I’m paying my debts off, etc.
Idk, everything feels more expensive (probably because it is) but it’s weird to explain.
Before I was eager to upgrade, now I want to keep my phone(s) for 10 years if possible.

My favorite feature are the blogs, though I like to call them magazines.
A magazine is composed of nostr events, so it’s distributed via relays and can be styled and published in multiple ways in multiple places, and all you need is the naddr of the root event, then you can reconstruct the navigation and content to build a webpage.
