These are all legal terms, the living being, is sole beneficiary, absolutely entitled, the Statutory name, is bare trustee, only. All legal parlance. You have not contracted to act as agent and no instrument of transfer exists. I'm not going to insult your intelligence, and I assume you understand all that, as it's all legally and lawfully correct, in agency, contract and trust law. Do you refute any of that?

Tangentially related, I dated a guy once who I found very attractive in big part because of his loyal dependable personality. Just one of those rock solid dudes you could always count on.
I told him he reminded me of Samwise Gamgee, and meant it as a very high compliment.
But at the time I guess Sean Astin was having a fat moment and this guy interpreted the intended compliment not as compliment but as a comment on him not being buff or whatever. It was super lame seeing him get so insecure about it and it played a part in us eventually breaking up because he wouldn't let it go.

I've been doing some further digging, the guy who runs it is a multi-millionaire, who hates The State, he has been refining this method, over the years, through various court appearances and tells you exactly what to say, in legalese, where the judge has little option but to call a halt to the case. It is black letter law. Agency, contract and trust law. The State must prove, that you have contracted to act as agent and transfered your beneficial interest. No contract exists, and neither does any instrument of transfer. He has actually used this, in a Crown Court.
