Oh yes. I'll see Amethyst go to 20MB/s when scrolling. Wisp is better, but I think it's a side effect of its media loading. With Amethyst media is populated already when I scroll, on wisp there is a noticeable delay.
Relays are a chunk of it, but media compression is the low hanging fruit. Solutions already exist from traditional web design.
Yeah, I saw the effect on native Android, yesterday. As soon as you start scrolling faster through a long feed, it pulls like crazy.
I see slowness even on 5G connection, so it is not only you. However, I have kind of accepted it and to be honest makes me more considerate since I know some of the relays are ran by enthusiasts and the clients are also created by enthusiasts!

JPG is generally better for 'real' pictures. It's lossy compression can make them much smaller.
PNG works well for stuff like a screenshot of a web page, charts, logos, etc. It used lossless compression, so the files may be larger. PNG also supports transparency, used often for logos in web pages.
There is webp too, a newer format with better compression still.
For general all around use I would say jpeg. Only if you require a pixel perfect image or transparency use PNG.

Okay, I'll translate that as outboxes being higher. They're supposed to be checked by default, so someone who doesn't care to add more relays doesn't need to do anything. The misordering was a big. I'll fix that.
I hadn't even thought about including sets in the optional relays, just favorites, but that is an obvious one.

Don't know what kind of chocolate or when you took it but i take some 20g of pure cacoa nibs once or twice a week. For me it takes about as long as a cup of coffee to get it out of my system, so around 9ish hours. I can sleep before that definitely but if i track it i can see that up to 9 hours after eating i get only light sleep.
If it was easter chocolate goodness and not (near) pure cacao you get the sugar and whatever else. Hope it settles soon for you. Just ride it out..

Yes I've had lucid dreams. Can I say, "I'm going to lucid dream tonight" and it happens? No, not yet. But I often can become aware I am dreaming during the dream, and of those times I can often take control of the dream.
Often but not always, sometimes the dreams feel almost fixed and I'm just an observer along for the ride.
Wisp, you can set which relays to write to, but i haven't figured how to change the upload from primal to nostr.build
Imwald and Jumble recognized the relay, but it was removed from my selections in the menu.
I used Amethyst, to eventually post but it sends a bunch of auth and other requests from relays through Amber, that making posts is difficult.

That's a nice idea, and I hope it works out. Nostr is a fast moving target, and things get added and changed often. It might be a hard plan to stick to.
