We just went through this and said goodbye to an Allen wrench - nevermind the furniture that came with it. That wrench was like a member of the family. Can't believe we only had 10 years with it. Gone too soon.

thiamine (vitamin B1) deficiency most often seen chronic alcoholics
anyone on these meds needs nutritional guidance but unfortunately they are often given out as lifestyle meds.
I disregard most of it these days. But going authoritarian to avoid competition hasn't done shit for us. Adding more won't help either.
