What would have to happen for Bitcoin to reach zero?
Many say "Bitcoin is going to die."
But let's be realistic.
For BTC to disappear, the following would have to occur:
1️⃣ A permanent global blackout.
2️⃣ That the internet ceases to exist.
3️⃣ That all governments perfectly manage their fiat currency.
Probable? No.
Bitcoin doesn't depend on a country.
It depends on a decentralized global network.
It can drop 30%, 50%, or more… But as long as there is energy, internet, and people who don't blindly trust the traditional system, Bitcoin will continue to function.
Volatility isn't death.

As an outsider to that field, my question would be about precision. I'm assuming the measurements have become more precise and that the need for precision is increasing as easier fields are depleted.
Seems like that could explain the need for more frequent testing to me and more frequent testing with more precise instruments will show more change.
