The problem is mainly how bad the appeal process is. In the netherlands was a famous case where a dad sent a pic of his child with a rash to someone. It got auto synced to his google drive and then he was banned and reported to the police.
At trial the reason came out when their doctor tsstified that indeed that someone was their doctor who had requested the picture since in person visits were discouraged in the corona era.
He won in court obviously and had his name cleared that way. But despite winning and being demonstrably not a pedophile google refused to return his account.
Meanwhile I am dealing with another shit appeal process by them. My site got a false dmca claim because an onlyfans girl hired some stupid automatic dmca bot that matched a function in our code with her handle despite not being the same. It reported our site for containing her leaks along with nasa, wikipedia, various news sites, stackexchange and more. But did google do anything about it? So far not, not even a reply to my appeal.

到了这里，问题就不再只是宗教史问题，而是一个更大的文明问题。因为灵知主义一旦脱离古代宗教外壳，就会在不同历史时期反复改头换面。它可以表现为革命理论，可以表现为种族神话，可以表现为身份政治，可以表现为专家治理，也可以表现为平台时代对于“仇恨言论”“错误信息”的定义权垄断。
这些东西表面上并不相同，但它们共享一种底层冲动：有限的人，试图用一套有限理论，解释无限复杂的世界。
这就是泛灵知主义。
泛灵知主义不是说现代所有激进思想都直接来自古代灵知教派。它说的是，人类在不同时代会反复出现一种相似的精神结构：认为现实世界是错的，普通人的常识是被污染的，真相隐藏在表象背后，只有少数觉醒者掌握真正的解释权。因此，他们不仅有资格解释世界，还有资格改造世界。
这也是人类狂妄最典型的形式。
人的狂妄，不只是骄傲自大，也不是简单的无知。真正危险的狂妄，是有限者不承认自己的有限性。自然、社会、市场、历史、人性，都是高度复杂的系统。任何人都只能看到局部，建立局部模型，获得局部经验。但泛灵知主义者总是不满足于局部理解。他们想要一个总解释，一个总公式，一个可以穿透一切表象的终极理论。
他们相信自己掌握了那个理论。

神学意义上的骄傲，是人把自己放到了不该放的位置上。人不再承认自己是有限者，不再敬畏高于自己的秩序，而是试图用自己的理性、道德感、理论体系，取代神性、自然法、传统和复杂现实。
灵知主义的深层问题就在这里。它表面上是在追求更高知识，实际上却把掌握知识的人放到了审判者的位置上。人不再说“我在寻找真理”，而是说“我已经掌握了真理”。不再说“我提出一种解释”，而是说“我的解释就是世界背后的真实结构”。
这就是对神性的僭越。
人可以追求真理，可以逼近神性，但不能拥有神性。神性如果代表无限秩序、终极真理和不可穷尽的整体，那么任何有限的人都不可能把它压缩成一套政治理论、一套社会模型、一套历史规律或一套平台治理标准。
一旦人以为自己拥有了这种终极知识，他就会自然产生审判欲。他会认为自己有资格定义善恶，有资格定义谁觉醒、谁蒙昧，有资格定义什么能说、什么不能说。旧神权借用宗教语言，新神权借用学术、科学、道德、平等、进步和治理的语言。形式变了，结构没有变。
从哲学上说，维特根斯坦也指出过人类认知的边界。人并不是直接占有世界本身，而是通过语言、概念、规则和生活形式去理解世界。我们的认识被语言结构所塑造，而语言本身不可能穷尽整个世界。世界永远大于语言，现实永远大于概念，存在本身永远大于我们用来描述它的符号系统。
这正好构成了对泛灵知主义的批评。泛灵知主义者总以为，只要掌握了一套更高级的语言，就等于掌握了世界本身。马克思主义用阶级、生产关系、剥削结构解释一切；纳粹主义用种族、血统、民族命运解释一切；现代身份政治用压迫结构、权力关系、系统性歧视解释一切；平台治理用仇恨言论、错误信息、信息质量解释一切。
但这些都只是语言框架，不是世界本身。它们可以解释一部分现实，却不能吞并全部现实。语言可以帮助人类逼近世界，但语言不能封闭世界。概念可以照亮某些结构，但概念不能取代现实本身。
人的狂妄，往往就发生在这里：他把自己的语言边界误认为世界边界，把自己的概念系统误认为真理系统，把自己的理论词汇误认为上帝视角。
从数学和逻辑上说，哥德尔不完备定理也给了我们一个非常深的提醒。
哥德尔不完备定理并不是社会科学定理，不能粗暴地说它直接证明某个政治结论。但它揭示了一种极其重要的形式系统边界：任何足够强且一致的形式系统，都不可能在自身内部证明所有真理。换句话说，一个系统只要足够复杂，就无法在内部完成对全部真理的封闭裁判。
这个启示非常重要。
泛灵知主义者的问题，恰恰就是幻想系统内部可以产生一个终极裁判。某个政党、某个阶级、某个种族理论、某个学术共同体、某个平台公司、某个专家委员会，声称自己可以站出来定义整个社会的真相，定义什么是压迫，什么是仇恨，什么是进步，什么是错误，什么是历史方向。
但他们自己也在系统内部。他们不是上帝。他们有语言边界，有利益结构，有群体偏见，有制度激励，有认知盲点。他们不可能站到系统之外，获得一个绝对中立、绝对完整、绝对正确的审判位置。
哥德尔的意义就在这里。它提醒我们，封闭系统内部不存在全知裁判。即便在严格数学系统里，真理和可证明性之间都存在裂缝，更不用说社会、历史、语言和人性这种复杂开放系统。
所以，泛灵知主义在逻辑上的错误，就是把系统内部的有限理性，误认为系统外部的无限视角。
这正好对应神学上的骄傲。神学上说，这是人僭越神性；哲学上说，这是语言误以为自己可以吞并世界；逻辑上说，这是系统内部的判断者冒充系统外部的裁判者。
到了政治和群体层面，这种结构会变得更加危险。
我之前提出过一个“泛集体主义原型”http://t.cn/AXcvcV3x：平等、同情、排他。平等提供目标，同情提供情绪动力，排他提供敌我边界。这个结构之所以强大，是因为它直接连接了人类演化中的部落本能。在狩猎采集时代，平均分配、内部互助和外部排斥，对小部落的生存有现实意义。现代文明建立在法治、市场、个人责任、契约和抽象制度之上，这些东西反而是反直觉的。所以当现代人面对不确定性、竞争压力和社会焦虑时，很容易退回到这种原始的集体主义心理结构里。
但泛集体主义本身还只是动员机制。它解释了群体为什么会聚集，为什么会被平等和同情打动，为什么会迅速制造敌人。但它还没有完整解释，这个群体最终朝哪里走。
这里，灵知主义补上了目的论。
泛集体主义提供情绪燃料，灵知主义提供终极方向。泛集体主义说：我们要平等，我们要同情弱者，我们要排斥压迫者。灵知主义进一步说：现实世界本身就是错误的，普通人的常识就是被污染的，真正的压迫结构隐藏在背后，只有觉醒者才能看见真相，并带领大家走向新世界。
这一下，普通政治诉求就变成了世俗救赎运动。
这也是为什么一个不能被证伪的口号或理论，最适合在群体中传播。群体传播不喜欢复杂边界，不喜欢条件限制，不喜欢概率，不喜欢反例，也不喜欢修正。群体传播最喜欢的是简单、绝对、不可反驳的叙事。
世界为什么不公平？因为压迫结构。为什么你失败？因为系统不公。为什么别人反对我们？因为他们被旧制度洗脑。为什么革命失败？因为敌人破坏。为什么乌托邦还没有到来？因为清洗还不彻底。
这套叙事的强大之处，就在于它能吸收一切反例。失败不会削弱理论，失败反而会证明斗争还不够彻底。现实不符合理论，不是理论错了，而是现实里还有敌人、污染、落后意识和反动势力。
这就是波普尔所批判的不可证伪性。一个理论如果不能说出自己在什么条件下会失败，它就不再是理性工具，而会变成信仰系统。它不是用来认识世界的，而是用来吞并世界的。可证伪理论会接受反例，收缩边界，修正结论。不可证伪理论则会把所有反例重新解释成自己的证据。
马克思主义就是典型例子。工人没有革命，是因为虚假意识；GC主义失败，是因为执行不彻底；经济崩溃，是因为敌人破坏；权力集中，是因为革命还处在过渡阶段。这样一来，理论永远不失败，失败的永远是现实中的人。最后，为了让现实符合理论，就只能不断改造人、清洗人、压迫人。
纳粹主义同样如此。民族失败不是理论错了，而是内部敌人、外部阴谋、血统污染和意志不够纯粹。它把复杂的政治、经济、战争和社会问题，全部压缩进一个种族神话里。理论越不可证伪，群体越容易狂热；群体越狂热，现实越不允许反驳。
现代身份政治也有这个倾向。你反对它，说明你有特权；你沉默，说明你默认压迫；你要求证据，说明你使用压迫者的理性框架；你提出反例，说明你没有理解结构性问题。这样一来，理论不再进入公共讨论，而是直接站到公共讨论之上，变成一种道德审判工具。
这就是泛集体主义和灵知主义结合后的完整闭环：演化本能提供退行冲动，群体心理提供传播机制，灵知主义提供隐藏真理，世俗宗教提供组织形式，不可证伪性提供免疫系统，最后强制和暴力提供现实执行手段。
所以乌托邦为什么总会走向狂热？原因就在这里。它不是简单因为人坏，也不是简单因为理想太高，而是因为这个结构一旦闭合，就很难自我纠错。群体相信自己代表同情和平等；灵知主义让他们相信自己掌握隐藏真理；世俗宗教让他们把反对者视为异端；不可证伪性让他们永远不会承认理论错误。
最后，现实里所有不符合蓝图的人，都会变成需要被改造、压制、清洗的对象。
这就是泛灵知主义的最终危险。
它不是追求知识本身。人类当然应该追求知识，追求真理，追求更好的制度和更深的理解。真正的问题在于，它把有限知识神圣化，把局部理论绝对化，把语言框架当成世界本身，把系统内部的判断者放到系统外部的神位上。
从神学上说，这是骄傲。
从哲学上说，这是语言越界。
从逻辑上说，这是有限系统冒充无限系统。
从政治上说，这是世俗神权。
从群体心理上说，这是最适合狂热传播的特征。
所以，泛灵知主义不是某一个时代的偶然病症，而是人类文明反复面对的诱惑。只要人类仍然有限，只要世界仍然复杂，只要人仍然渴望简单答案和终极解释，这种诱惑就不会消失。
它总会换一套语言重新回来。
有时叫历史规律。
有时叫民族命运。
有时叫结构性压迫。
有时叫信息治理。
有时叫社会正义。
有时叫科学共识。
但底层问题一样：人把自己的有限认知当成无限真理，把自己的理论当成终极裁判，把自己的语言当成世界本身。

It’s very unfortunate certain iOS client devs don’t want to implement payment targets because perhaps it invalidates their prior work, or perhaps they’re pressured by the crowd not to do so.
For whatever reason they feel this is the case it’s unfortunate because they’re very smart people but unfortunately standards evolve rapidly in technology.
5 year old technology is considered outdated.
I’d like to see them add the newer standards into their clients but if they don’t that’s on them.
And I won’t tag aforementioned iOS dev(s) since they potentially have me muted.
I really hope the iOS dev(s) come around on this topic, so I could gift them encrypted, or opaque cryptocurrencies because they make a good client but their style of thinking seems like it’ll be quite a while before they come around on this matter unfortunately.
