If I was a power ranger, I would be the one who breaks the script and punches the bad guy while he's giving a monologue.
Ours has no phone or internet access without supervision. He's treated like an attacker on the network and given zero privileges. The phone has music and audiobooks downloaded for offline use. His PC is in our living area and he has supervised full access there. We generally let him do whatever in that supervised condition. He travels with a ham radio if we need to contact him.
That may sound extreme, but it's more easygoing in practice. In general, we do stuff with him on a PC rather than a phone.

Nearly almost every container i've run is not runnable out of the box. For permissions, storage, networking whatever. Nearly all of them have a mapped startup script that I built and maintain to override the vendor's, inject secrets, fix users and perms, remove the always on chown/chmod garbage, volume checks, root user checks etc.
Foss devs are specially pressured to "just make it work please" so bob can just `docker pull bobs-client:latest` and never touch it.

For similar reasons, I've always been highly suspicious of using a bunch of libraries and imports, especially when it's for one small component that could just be built or copied without the rest. I'm sure there are people building software that's more imports than anything else. Can be good, can be bad. All depends on the context. There are some components I have no business writing myself. I'd be a bigger risk than a library. This whole topic is so broad and complex and yeah there are people who oversimplify concepts and cause false senses of security.
I imaging they have tightened that loophole though. Pull out $20k, buy the car with 5, put 5 into it, then use the other 10k to pay your half of the loan. company pays for the whole note? XD
