Today I saw a nice Mac app, but it was sold at 30 USD. I gave the link of the landingpage to Codex, told it to define and plan the necessary goal in order to build the same features for me. I’m talking about lightning fees… they are low due to the discount. If BTC loses lightning and is no longer a fast and cheap medium of exchange, then it’s going backwards. Different issue than the spam issue. The spam causes actual bloat with no monetary purpose. The Segwitt discount serves a very important purpose. If you could lower that without effecting lightning fees, I’d an agree, but you can’t.
For a week I went full retard and shut off all payment methods except BTCPay server checkout. It was a fun experiment but got no sales that week.
