There's no way to stop someone from sending bitcoin payments to any key.
That said, this is why I wouldn't worry about it. Just because it's your key doesn't mean you should somehow be considered the owner of a the transaction content, any more than you should be responsible for receiving objectionable content in email (or your normal mailbox).
Now, whether courts would see it that way is perhaps something to have some doubts about. I think they would but even being dragged in over it to find out would indeed suck.
Best protection from that is avoiding using your real world identity on the Internet. Same best advice everyone knew in 1995 that suddenly got forgotten once Mark Zuckerberg came along.
