It's no secret, people have told us why they leave:
nostr is basically just bitcointwitter, most people don't want bitcointwitter. Even bitcointwitter doesn't want another bitcointwitter.
It's not difficult.

It shows the primal and damus relays as connected in the app, but all NWCs auto-adds the minibits relay in the string. Let's see if manually changing the NWC thingie to the damus relay works 🤔

As against the idea of onchain zaps as I was (I still do have some issues with it) I kinda think @npub1q3s…d26p is/was right though, if we don't use Bitcoin then ultimately Bitcoin becomes pointless. So many people aren't even using Bitcoin. Even if you zap less frequently with onchain at least you are actually using Bitcoin. I think still be careful with mixing any onchain zaps with your cold storage however.
